Trinny Woodall has revealed the bizarre workout she does each morning to keep her bowel movements regular.
The beauty brand owner and fashion influencer, 62, took to social media to share her hack with her followers.
In the clip, Trinny could be seen in just her bra with a pair of blue shorts on as she stood on a vibrating board.
As her assistant asked her what she was doing, Trinny replied: 'This is actually my morning routine sometimes, okay?
'But all these things contribute to different things in my life.'
Holding weights in her hand and donning a LED face mask, she continued: 'So this vibrating plate is really good to help me have a poo in the morning.'

Trinny's low-key celebrations took place at her stylish London home which kicked off with breakfast following student Lyla's return from studying in Madrid.
The birthday girl, who shares her daughter with late ex-husband Johnny Elichaoff, who died in 2014, was then joined by a huge group of female pals including Susannah and TV's Tania Bryer.

Trinny, who became a mother for the first time in 2003 when she gave birth to Lyla with her late ex-husband Johnny Elichaoff, who died in 2014, recently opened up on her battle to become a mother.
During an appearance on Fabulous magazine's No Parental Guidance podcast, she explained that she even continued filming What Not To Wear while suffering miscarriages.
She fronted the show with Susannah Constantine who she says helped her discover her maternal instincts.

Trinny told the podcast: 'I did have 16 rounds of IVF - expensive. It worked the second time, but I had miscarriages.'
She said: 'The first time, you feel that trickle and go to the bathroom and you think, 'OK' - and your heart just sinks. I don't remember if I did tell anyone. I was quite private, always separating work and what was going on.
'I definitely would have told [co-star] Susannah [Constantine] , but I don't know if I would have told the production crew. I just carried on because otherwise what else do you do?
'Also, when you do IVF, it could be that you've put two eggs in and one egg is coming out. You don't know [if one has survived]. So there's that sort of sense that maybe... that tiny bit of hope.'
