"We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care," the rep wrote in a statement. "He is stable and being closely monitored."
Details surrounding what led to the shooting weren't immediately available.
Takeoff, who was another member of the Migos group, was fatally shot in November 2022.
Offset rose to fame with Migos, which was formed in 2008 with Quavo and Takeoff. Their tracks "Versace" and "Bad and Boujee" propelled them to stardom before they later split up. Offset also found success as a solo artist, including with his hit songs "Ric Flair Drip," "Clout" (feat. Cardi B) and "SAY MY GRACE" (feat. Travis Scott).
The rapper has six children, including two daughters and a son, with his estranged wife, rapper Cardi B. He also had two sons and another daughter from previous relationships.
