Rapper Offset was shot in Florida on Monday, according to multiple reports.
"We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care," a spokesperson for the artist told Rolling Stone and Variety. "He is stable and being closely monitored."
TMZ was first to report the incident, which occurred near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. The circumstances that led to the shooting are unclear.
"We are aware of an incident that occurred at a valet area after 7 p.m. Monday outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood that resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to an individual who was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood," Seminole County police told the outlet.
Takeoff, Offset's cousin and member of the Migos rap trio, was fatally shot in Houston in 2022.
