Joe Marler has revealed his biggest regret from Celebrity Traitors - and issued a stern warning to the stars of the upcoming second series.
The former England rugby player, 35, was a major presence in last year's edition of the BBC spin-off, where he played as a Faithful.
He notably led the charge to bring down Jonathan Ross, 65, who was playing as a Traitor and coined the 'Big Dog' theory about Jonathan and Sir Stephen Fry.
Joe reached the final stages, only for fellow Faithfuls Nick Mohammed and David Olusoga to believe he was a Traitor and vote him out.
Speaking to Metro, while discussing Soccer Aid 2026, the star shared words of wisdom for the next famous faces entering the castle.
Addressing what he'd tell them, Joe said: 'Don't eat too much breakfast in your own lodgings before going down to another breakfast.

'I put on eight kilos doing it. So I said, just be careful what you're eating in there.'
Joe also revealed 'people had reached out' to him for advice, but stayed coy as to who this was.
He also advised those taking part in series two to remember, at the end of the day, 'it's just a game'.
Viewers will remember how Joe and comedian Nick, 45, had formed somewhat of an alliance, only for the Mr. Swallow star to be swayed by Traitor and eventual winner, Alan Carr.
Discussing went wrong, the former prop admitted he had been 'too full on', adding: 'I creeped him out.
'When I turned around to him, and said, "Mate, I know you're 100% faithful. I am too.
'It wasn't until we watched it all back that he told me that was the moment. He was like, "Oh, am I being played here?" If I had my time again, I'd probably be less intense.'
Although no names have been officially confirmed, a number of stars have already been linked with Celebrity Traitors series two.

Among the rumoured stars so far is comedian and Would I Lie To You? star David Mitchell.
The 51-year-old, known for his roles in Peep Show and Ludwig, is reportedly among the names that bosses hope to sign up.
A source told The Sun: 'Not only is he hilarious, but he's also super smart -- in many ways, he will remind viewers of Stephen Fry, who went down great with viewers in series one.
'No doubt David's time on Would I Lie To You? will be both helpful and a hindrance when it comes to being at the round table.'
Another potential contestant is This Morning star Alison Hammond, 51, who was reportedly in talks to join the line-up.
She is believed to be 'keen' to make an appearance on the show as Beeb bosses are convinced she will be 'comedy gold', according to the Sun.
A source told the publication: 'The Beeb thinks she could be comedy gold, just like Alan Carr.
'Alison is naturally very funny and they think she could end up being hugely successful.
'The pot of talent wanting to take part is overflowing, so they have a lot to weigh up.'
Other reported names in the frame so far include Danny Dyer, Ruth Jones, Steve Pemberton, Joanne McNally, Richard E. Grant, Hugh Bonneville and Angela Scanlon.
Celebrity Traitors is available to stream in full on BBC iPlayer.
