JEREMY Meeks shot to worldwide fame after his mugshot went viral in 2014.
The ex-convict, now 42, turned his life around and has walked on catwalks for some of the most famous clothing brands in fashion, including Tommy Hilfiger.
It's been over a decade since the photo catapulted the Blue-Eyed Bandit into fame, with Jeremy appearing on magazine covers and boasting a net worth of more than £3.7million.
But what was it like for Jeremy - a dad-of-two from different relationships - when his mugshot took the internet by storm whilst in jail? The singleton, who is currently focusing on his career, recently appeared on a podcast to spill it all.
In 2002, the former convict from Washington State was charged with robbery and violently assaulting a 16-year-old boy when he was 18. After taking a plea deal, he was sentenced to serve two years in a California prison.
However, he ended up spending nine years in jail. Next, Jeremy was charged with gun possession and resisting arrest in June 2014.
It was after this arrest that he shot to fame when police circulated his mugshot on Facebook.
Jeremy was jailed again and released from Mendota Federal Correctional Institution on March 8, 2016.
Speaking on the Matthew Cox True Crime podcast, the model revealed he was getting loads of attention from fans, some of whom sent him racy selfies of themselves.
Jeremy told the cost: "I was probably getting 300 letters a day - and it was just too much."
The 'hot felon', who celebrated his 42nd birthday earlier in February, continued: "I'm getting naked pictures, I'm getting money orders, movie opportunities.
"While I was in the feds, I signed a deal with a management agency.
"I got random people coming up to visit me, and I'm denying them before I even walk up the stairs into the section," he claimed.
"I'm like, 'I don't know who that person is'. I can see them through the glass and I'm like, 'I don't know who that person is'."
According to the famous felon, some fans were allegedly more persistent than others and kept on trying to visit him even after Jeremy begged them not to.
He mimicked their response, saying: "Well, we drove all the way from Tennessee."
As Jeremy's prison only allowed "three visits a week", this meant that allegedly even his family struggled to arrange meeting him.
"My son's five years old and he doesn't understand why I'm not home, and he needs to see me. So, I'm just gonna ask that you, please, don't come back."
In 2017, Jeremy Meeks went public with his relationship with Topshop heiress Chloe Green.
Although US Weekly reported that Meeks was still married to his wife, Melissa, he filed for divorce in October 2017.
He shares a son with his now ex-wife and was a stepfather to Melissa's son from a previous relationship.
Jeremy and Chloe welcomed a son together on May 29, 2018 - however, they parted ways in 2019.
In a 2021 interview with HollywoodLife, Jeremy confessed that his children are his motivation.
"My kids changed my life, as wild as it was, my kids slow me down and now they are my motivation and they are my fuel to what I do, why I do it," he said.
"I am trying to change the generation of wealth; I am trying to change the generation of curse."
Posted a day ago, the clip has gone viral just like the famous mugshot, racking up more than an astronomical 6million views, with hundreds flocking to comments.
One baffled person wondered: "What did the random visitors even wanna say to him?? What is there to even talk about??? Hes just handsome that's it."
Another agreed, writing: "People are weird."
"This is the absolute weirdest behavior," a third chimed in.
"I thought that was just on social media, that's so weird," someone else commented.
