GEMMA Collins yelled "I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here" after falling for a prank by her All Stars campmate.
The GC revealed the moment she 'quit' the show when a practical joke thought up by Harry Redknapp went horribly wrong.
Speaking at the press launch for I'm A Celebrity All Stars series two, Gemma admitted: " Harry played a dirty prank on me and I actually fell for it.
"This guy deserves an Oscar because I fully believed him, and it was a moment which actually led me to say I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
"It scared me that so much, I was like, 'nah, I'm out of here'. You've got to watch it."
Harry admitted: "Yeah, at the point I did think, 'I've overdone it here'."
Fans will have to wait until the show airs next month to find out what Harry plotted to mess with Gemma.
She is returning to the jungle to battle it out to become the ultimate legend.
Gemma's first attempt at I'm A Celebrity was an unmitigated disaster lasting just three days.
She has described quitting her first stint on the show in 2014 as her "biggest regret" - admitting "it's been a dark cloud hanging over me for 12 years".
Gemma decided to return to her unfinished business this year - determined to impress.
She added: "It didn't work out for me the first time around in there and ever since it's been like this black cloud hanging over my head.
"Obviously I'm older now and I just thought, I have to do this. It was one regret that I had that I left."
