WITH his chiselled abs and youthful skin, you'd be forgiven for mistaking Chuando Tan for a man much younger than he actually is.
The male model, from Singapore, regularly gets asked if he is in his 20s - but impressively just celebrated his 60th birthday.
The age-defying man, who has a whopping 1.9million followers took to Instagram to confirm his age by posing with some 60 birthday balloons.
He shared: "Today, on my 60th birthday, I am reminded that time is the only real wealth.
"Each sunrise arrives as an inheritance, not a guarantee.
"I am grateful to stand on this Earth still.
"The wiser path now is simple: return daily to nature and sunlight, and align myself with what endures."
His post left many fans in complete disbelief, with one writing: "I know he's a vampire but I can't just prove it."
While some claimed he looks as young as 25, another commented: "You're celebrating 60 years with the face of a 35-year-old."
Chuando, who also works as a photographer and often snapped Janet Jackson's 2008 album Discipline, first went viral in 2017, with his youthful look sparking worldwide fascination.
He began his career as a model in the 1980s and later briefly pursued music as a pop singer in the 1990s before transitioning into fashion photography.
He later co-founded the creative studio Chuando & Frey.
In a 2023 interview, Tan said maintaining a youthful appearance was linked to everyday lifestyle habits.
Meanwhile, the secret to looking young was all about "what you do, what you eat, and what you think".
Tan explained that daily physical activity should match the number of calories consumed and said maintaining a positive mindset can also shape how people feel about themselves over time.
Despite the ongoing fascination with his looks, Tan has previously said he does not believe there is any secret formula behind his appearance.
He told the South China Morning Post in 2024: "Mindset plays a crucial role in shaping one's path.
He also added that a healthy diet is also "essential for maintaining our overall well-being."
Despite any attention from followers, he previously shared to Vogue Man Singapore: "When I went viral at 51, everything still felt the same. I was just enjoying life as I always had.
"I've never felt insecure about my age."
