Jules Neale has made a subtle dig at her ex-husband as she dabbles in her new career as an influencer.
The former WAG, 36, recently shared a paid partnership video on Instagram promoting a popular Australian supplements brand and seemingly referenced her split from the AFL player.
"I used to be religious about my routine. And then I got a little distracted along the way," she told her 153,000 followers.
"I stopped showing up for myself the way I used to. But lately, I have been fighting my way back.
"There's just something really powerful about rebuilding your glow quietly."
Neale then said her days feel different - and better - now.
"My mornings feel brighter, my days feel lighter, and it feels like I'm choosing myself again," the mum of two wrote in the caption.
The former hair salon owner's fans flooded the post with praise for her new lease on life.
"You are absolutely thriving," one person wrote.
"Babe, you don't even have to justify anything - just be authentically you, and everything will fall into place," another user added.
"We love this Jules," a third chimed in.
"You're a strong woman," a fourth replied.
Jules' return to Perth comes after Neale and the Brisbane Lions star sold their former family home over the weekend.
After their very public relationship breakdown, the pair listed their property in Seven Hills, Brisbane, in January, after purchasing the five-bedroom house for $2.43 back in July 2022.
The pair made a profit on Saturday, with the house going for $3.2 million, $200,000 over the reserve.
It's reported that over 60 people attended, and 'fierce' bidding went down, starting at $2.5 million.
It comes after Neale celebrated her 36th birthday on Friday, donning a stunning yellow dress as she celebrated with her friends.
Neale is currently living in Perth with her two young children, Piper, four, and Freddie, one.
She recently posted a video montage that summarised her life as she moves on.
A key part of the video features footage of Lachie with their children - indicating she could be genuinely healing.
