From winning Celebrity Traitors in one Scottish castle, to now owning his very own - Alan Carr has bought an estate worth £3.25million.
The cunning comedian won the murder mystery show by lying his way to the final and securing £87,500 for his chosen charity, Neuroblastoma UK.
Now, he's purchased a castle worth nearly 40 times that and will be filming the renovation for a show on Disney Plus.
Ayton Castle is situated in the Scottish Borders and boasts 17 bedrooms and 160 acres of land - including it's own little railway.
The castle's website describes it as 'an important Scottish baronial mansion' and an 'impressive local landmark'.
According to The Sun, Alan has signed a seven-figure deal with Disney Plus for a show that will follow his transformation project as he turns the castle into a luxury hotel and spa.
Alan, 49, told the publication: 'Some men when they have a midlife crisis buy a Lamborghini or grow a ponytail, but me - I want my very own castle.
'Since I was a boy in Northampton, I've always dreamt big, and have always been enchanted with the history and romance of a stately home.
'As I turn 50, I feel it's time. All I want is a turret to call my own - get me over that drawbridge.'
It's not the first time he's taken on a large-scale DIY challenge, and he isn't the only celebrity to document a hands-on transformation project.
The production company behind the hit Amazon Prime show, Clarkson's Farm, are reportedly on board with Alan's Disney dream (working title: Castle Man).
Alan's renovation series with Amanda Holden proved to be a big hit for the BBC, running for four seasons and a Christmas special.
Despite their success as a duo, the pair have ruled themselves out of presenting Strictly Come Dancing after Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly announced they were stepping down.
The pair were on Table Manners podcast with Jessie and Lennie Ware, and put the rumours to bed.
Alan told the mother-daughter hosts: 'No, we said no ages ago.'
It seems his attention will be focused elsewhere - if not on this massive hospitality project, then on his large-scale stand-up tour which will run for most of 2027.
The chatty man has been cramming a lot in recently, including filming a new Channel 4 series with Susie Dent called Secret Genius.
He revealed to Metro that he was so tired during production he was napping on set.
Celebrity Traitors wrapped on the Sunday and Secret Genius began on the Monday, meaning Alan hardly had chance to catch his breath in between.
It also meant that he may have accidentally let the secret of his win slip to the series producer, despite not being able to tell anyone.
The 49-year-old reportedly used his own cash to purchase Ayton castle and 'stands to make millions' if his work pays off, sources told The Sun.
They said: 'It's also a shrewd move by Disney because they're kicking this show off with little or no risk to themselves.'
Celebrity Traitors is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
